Do you offer private tours?

Are the tours wheel chair accessible?

Only the 'Changing of the Guard' requires stair use. However an alternative route can be arranged if it is mentioned to the guide.

Is there much walking involved?
Yes, if you have young children or find walking difficult you should bear this in mind. The guide will always do their best to accommodate, however on occasions time may be of the essence. 

How long is each tour?
All tours are around two hours in length.

If I book more than one tour in a day, do I have time for a break in between tours?
Yes, there is a half hour break between the first and second tour and there is an hour break between the second and the third tour.

Do you provide tours in other languages?
Alas no, the English are as capable of speaking other languages as horses are at flying aircraft. Tours may also be multinational, so one language saves considerable time.

Should I be prepared for the weather?
Yes, it is wise to check the weather reports and to always be prepared for the unexpected.

Where do the tours start?
Please look at the map located on each walking tour page.

What is the earliest time a tour can be booked?
Tours can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

What is the latest time a tour can be booked?
Tours can be booked two days before at a minimum.

What is the latest time I can cancel a booking?
Cancellations of tours must be made 48 hours in advance.

Can I reschedule a tour?
Yes, rescheduling of tours must be made 48 hours in advance.

Can children attend a tour alone?
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
